Seismic reflection are the most useful geophysical data. It has applied along the survey tracks which were chosen on the basis of the goal intended to be attained and the position of the study area. By using the Digital Streamers, the best data acquisition parameters can be recorded with multi-channel data processing methods which can be applied to the recorded digital raw seismic data. Sub bottom structure, thickness of layers and even lithology, if sufficient borehole data is available, are interpreted from the processed sections. Due to its high vertical resolution, the system can be readily used for most marine engineering projects, accompanied by commercial sub-bottom profilers.
